I'm so fucking good at food. It's crazy. For dinner I sauteed broccoli in soy sauce with garlic, then served over white rice along with a fried egg (for protein). And hot damn I'm getting good at fried eggs! The edges were super crispy just how I like them. Yesterday I had a perfect semi-solid yolk too. Eventually, I will fry the platonic ideal of a sunny side-up egg: semisolid yolk AND crispy browned edges. Mmmmm....
